Default Can't install orange/wanadoo Broadband?

Hi guys
I have 2 computers and 1 laptop in my house and a Wanadoo Liv Box as our router (Wanadoo are now orange for the record) we have an inventel USB adapter that came with the live box and that works with it fine.

The live box is now downstairs as i have recently moved so after a pc problem which i sorted through a recovery at factory settings level i was able to install the broadband onto my pc with the wireless option.

But what the problem now is, my sister updated the driver for the invente adapter for her computer so i tried rolling it back and uninstalling broadband but when i go to reinstal it through the cd i click next and it doesnt do anything it just stays there no matter how many times i click it or for how long it doesnt advance any further than the welcome screen on hers. This is also the problem for my mums computer but she uses the ethernet cable from the box which dont need the cd install but it doesnt work on hers either.

Ok second problem we bought a Belkin USB adapter installed it on all 3 computers and tried to connect to the live box type the WEP Key in butits too long for the software config using belkin manager i've tried all sorts of settings such as 128 bit Encryption 64 - 32 bit etc. It just wont connect to the live box. Windows wireless network wizrad wont even connect. My mum has an in built wirless adapter in her computer so we tred using that to connect hers up to the livebox but that wouldnt work either? I dont seehow because i managed to connect a freinds laptop when i fixed it for him up fine and his worked????

Any Ideas?

Hi Apple,

Have you tried logging into the livebox and changing the WEP key? Then trying to reconnect all the pc's. Also on the pc's that are having problems connecting - are they all set to obtain IP automatically or do they have static ip's.

On the one pc that can connect - can you please do the following:

Click > Start > Run > type: cmd > Click OK
At the prompt type: ipconfig /all

Can you please post back with ip address, default gateway and whether or not the ip was assigned by DHCP. It would also help if you could do the above for the problem pc's and post back their details also.
