[Resolved] How do I create a bootable CD using the latest Nero software?
I recently purchased a new Hard Drive, 500gb. However my Windows XP CD is pre-service pack so the max it can partition is 127gb which is very annoying. What I need to do is create a slipstream Windows XP SP2 CD. I have all the files and I've merged in the Service pack. I downloaded the nero trial and I assume it's the latest version, however all the tutorials are for older versions of Nero which I can't get a licence for and there is no clear way to create a boot CD.
PS. My BIOS recognises that the drive is 500gb so it has to be the old service pack problem.
ALSO: I still have my current hard drive in the PC which is running SP2, I used that to go into Disk Management and found the 300gb+ of unassigned space for the new drive. Is there any way I could create a partition on this space AND THEN MERGE the two? it would save me the trouble of creating this boot CD.
thanks
