no connectivity for vista sync
I have a laptop and desktop, both running vista. I've set up a sync partnership so I keep everything on my desktop and sync just the few things I need on my laptop.
Intermittently the laptop has shown my desktop as "disconnected" from the network and thus cannot sync. But they are on the same network (desktop hardwired and laptop over wi-fi), same workgroup, and have worked in the past. Usually a restart on my laptop will make it so the desktop is seen as connected. But now, after restarting many times it still shows as disconnected.
Anyone familiar with Vista networking and sync? You're help is appreciated.
