You'll need to setup port forwarding on your router. At the moment, all your gamers will be able to see if you router and not your PC.

No problems.
Look at it this way, can you imagine if everybody could see everybody's PC over the internet? it would be hackers paradise!! Your router assigned an internet address which can be seen over the internet. Your PC has a local (non-internet) address which cannot be seen. When you setup port forwarding, it means that your router will automatically forward any communication that the router receives on that port number, to your PC, and acts as a sort of agent is the best way I can describe it without going too deep.
