Question which cable's which?

I've been given a bag full of Networking cables, some of which are cisco isdn cables and others are standard network leads (that's what I've been told). The question is how do I tell the difference between the two as they all have the same plugs on them ?

Thanks for the pictures D__ .
All the cables have Cat 5 plugs but some appear to have all 8 pins connected to their little coloured wires and some have only the middle 4 connected. I'm presuming they have differing uses

Isn't 4 pins phone line or something?

This is what's confusing me, because phone cables have the smaller RJ11 plug and all the leads I've been given have the larger RJ45 plugs on
