Yes and I said either turn firewall off for a few minutes to see if you can get MSN to gain entry to the net or go to exceptions tab and under there allow?MSN or another.I fully understand how a firewall works but if you do not go to exceptions tab and allow MSN to gain entry to internet.If you do not allow under firewall for MSN to gain entry too net you will not be able to use it.
