Question IP help

My company has a satelite office outside US some of the people we do business with do not allow access to there services from an IP address outside the us. I have tried web based proxy server. Is there a way I can route them thru our US IP adress. THANKS

If you lets say trying to connect to a network you need name/passoword.There is WIFI.Are you tryind to connect to a network owned by another company,that you do not work for?Then you need that companys permission and name of network and password.Lets say you wanted to connect to my network,I would not allow you to as you could get into my system.
