Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the installer for a Speedtouch 780WL router? Someone has given me this today to use in my office, but although he gave me all the cables and everything, he could not find the install CD.

Is it possible to get a copy via download? I can't find anything anywhere online.
Or is it possible to install it without the disk?

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

TBH I had already found that, but I have no idea how to go about setting it up on my system. I was hoping that there was some way I could get a copy of the software that normally shipped in the box.

Is it possible (read easy) to set the router up for use without the install disk? Is there some kind of guide as to how to do so?

Have you tried just setting it up?As im getting you just need to plug it in and setup starts automatic unless this site im reading is wrong?I thought ya need software so I am still searching.

so the firmware update and driver download on the link i gave you?they no good?there there on there site scroll down.

If your connected via ethernet, then you don't really require these drivers. You can normally access your router page from Internet Explorer, address is normally 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1. (username and password for the router is normally required, sometimes found on the back of the router itself). From this point, all you really need is your ISP settings.
