Unhappy modem not functinal
i need help a friend of mine was given a computer but the modem does not work what do i need to get in order for someone to help me i have the dxdiag info for the system can someone help me with that

Hi welcome to PCHF Here is the best site on the internet to get you PC going. What model is the computer is the modem internal or external one? do you know the make and model of it. Tell us this and we can fix it .


P.S dxdiag is a diagnostic for directX not related in anyway to you problem.

The PCHF team is always glad to help
