I have my wireless network set up, but I would like to play around and experiment with things.

What I want to do is set up my WLAN like a Hotel or Coffee Shop hot spot, no WEP or WPA, users can openly connect to it, but when a user trys to access anything outside the LAN (ie an internet page), a custom page is set up for them to enter a username and password, once they enter a valid login, they will have full access.

Im using Win XP SP2 with IIS 5, I have already written the page for login, etc. I am just lookin for guidance on how to set this up.

The first thing you need to check is your ISP's policy on such things-- a hotspot will suck up a lot of bandwidth-- which is like a beacon...so you'll need to talk to them about it. If you do it without them-- some ISP's will shut you off
