Thanks for your help everyone. I have tried PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall but I couldn't get it to work. Thanks MaddMatt, i will phone my ISP and ask again for help. I will let you know if this is the solution. Thanks again.

I managed to get through to my isp again today, and this time they told me i would have to purchase a static ip address. I am sure this is the way foward, so thanks to all who posted here.
