Default Network DNS question

I own a website develompent and management firm and this is the first time I've ever seen this happen.

For a client of mine I switched their website and email over to my server. I updated the Nameserver information on Monday. As far as I can tell, everything has been updated (so that you can see the new website hosted on my server and email works).

At their office, everyone can get the new website and email except one computer. They are all on the same network. The receptionist's computer goes to the old website, which in return also effects her not being able to get email from our server.

What in the world could cause this, they are all on the same network. I could understand if they were on different networks and the path they were being sent hadn't had the DNS updated yet....

Thoughts?

Thanks!

you try clearing the cache? simple, but sometimes it's the little things that get overlooked.

Welcome to the site

Odd one huh? Is this PC different in any way to the rest on the LAN? Did you try an ipconfig /flushdns?

Thank you for the welcome!

The PC is running XP, not sure if Pro or Home...
Tried flushing the PC's DNS with ipconfig /flushdns
Also opened IE and held down shift and clicked refresh to clear cache.
Restarted the PC too.

and I'm almost positive she tried updating her Outlook with the new incoming mail server and password. I'll check on that though.

Yes, she even updated her Outlook with the new settings and still got an error message.
