Default wireless connection problem BT's FAult ???

please help me i run a belkin G + mimo wireless connector at home and have had no problems with it, then !!!! i take my laptop to new offices at work to help set up an internet connection for fax line with BT hub and ever since i can only connect o internet at home for a few seconds before it tells me that anothe utility is in control!!! . my toshiba connectivity doctor recognises my belkin but it wont connect please help i have a £600 laptop doing nothing but a bit of typing. how do i remove the other LAN utility any ideas gratefully welcomed.

Hi there and welcome to PC Help Forum

Does the message specify which utility is controlling the wireless card? I would assume it's actually the Belkin wireless utility (which you don't need).

Do you have service pack 2 installed (XP?)
