Default Internet Shareing problem

Hi all
I am trying to set up a Home Internet shareing all my networking seems okay but I cant access the Internet from my Client machine.
On my Server Machine
I noticed when I go to Control Panel and look in Internet options under Connections, I have my D-Link adsl modem listed there as my Default.
Yet in my client, all I have listed is my dial up Modem that is inside my Computer. Should I not have my D-Link adsl listed there as Default so I can connect. If so, Then How do I get it there. I have tried Add, and New Connection, The ADSL Modem is not detected by the Add New Connection But there is nothing there that relates to Shareing a Modem via Local area Connection, It lists all variations But none that I can see does it.
Checking the Client this morning I see The Icon on the Desktop says I am connected on the Client, I have no problems File shareing either way, So I'm sure its set up properly. its Just the problem of trying to Tell Internet Explorer That there is a Internet connection there. The Server connections are no problem all works Fine. Thanks and Cheers

Hi Ockerr, welcome to the PCHF!

Make sure the IP address of your router is set as the Default Gateway on the client machine.

Assuming that you don't have a router, have a read of this page.
