i have been able to connnect to the internet on my laptop wirelesly for two years and last week out of noware a error message came up saying

RUNDLL

Error loading C:/PROGRA~1/NEWDOT~1/NEWDOT~1.DLL

The specified module could not be found.

does anyone know how to solve this please ?

Hi halliday,

Can you please follow the Prework steps (located in my signiture), and post the resulting logs back here.

NewDotNet is a form of malware (i'm not sure what it does myself), but one of the security team will be able to help you out more once you've completed Prework.

That is the result of a Newdotnet infection. Before doing the 'Prework', please do this first:

Please go to add/remove programs and uninstall NewdotNet. If you don't have that option or if you have difficulties then please follow the instructions on this site
