Smile [Resolved] Network printer off center...

On our network we have a shared Magicolor2300W printer that is directly connected to our billing department's main computer. When we try to print to it over the network, the pages come out slightly off center (less than a cm) but just enough to mess up the forms that we use. When we print directly from the computer that the printer is connected to, it prints just fine.

Any suggestions on fixing this?

Question Drivers?

Hi adigiorgio a few questions for you...
  1. Are they all using the same OS? If so which one?
  2. Do you have the exact same drivers on all of the PCs?
  3. Does this happen for all of the printing even a Windows test page?

But this is the Konica troubleshooting page

OK, talked to Konica. They said they don't support printer sharing and there is nothing I can do.

Stupid printers...

Nevermind all this. The boss gave me permission to just go ahead and buy a second printer for the other billing computer. Thanks though!

Hmmm... so money can always get results
I hope setting it up works OK, personally I'd recommend you get an HP if possible
