 Hey Lt. O,

How's it going?

Can you be a little more specific when you say that it won't let you host?

Are you getting any error messages or other information?

Can you tell us what firmware version you are using?

Have you checked the administrative settings for the router?

Look forward to your reply,

TTFN

 Hey Lt.

So on your side, you never have any indication that the router will not let them in?

Check the properties on the router software, should be in device manager.

 Hey Lt.

There should be some information about the router itself, showing the version of the firmware.

Are there any other tabs showing when you check properties? Is there a down arrow giving you any choices?
