Default [Pending] Network Interface Card problem

When installing Verizon DSL intnernet, I get the massage that I cannot proceed because my computer lacks a Network Interface Card. I'm pretty sure my computer has it, but it's probably just not installed or something. Is there a way to solve this?

I don't know if the Belarc report is necessary, but here it is anyways:

Hya InternetUser.

Can you have a look in youre device manager and report back what it says under "network adapters" (after you double clicked on it) ?

EDIT: this should be the driver for youre "Broadcom 570x Gigabit Integrated Controller":
