Default [Pending] Novell Netware Ready Firmware

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is a network question or a mobo question but anyways...

I booted up my PC and for no good reason after it detects my mem and HD it brings up a network screen that says;

Novell Netwear Ready Firmwear v1.00 (940810)
(c) Copyright 1991-1994 Novell, Inc.
VIA PCI 10/100Mb Fast Ethernet Adapter v3.32 (06/22/2001)

Analyzing network media type, this will take several seconds...
OK

RPL-ROM-ADR: 0007 950B 65FA
RPL-ROM-IRQ: 5
RPL-ROM-PIO: D800

RPL-ROM-FFC: (at this point it just starts counting indefinatly)

I have disabled my network boot in the BIOS
I have cleared my CMOS

My PC is running XP Home with an 80G IBM HD, though I've tried swapping to a 98se HD with no joy.

I've looked around the net and I've found others with this problem but no solutions.

Thanks

I've been all through my BIOS (AMIBIOS v1.21.06) and I don't see a 'run diagnostics' setting

boot menu options are 'floppy, cdrom, IDE, or network' I've disabled to network and I've already set my BOIS to the original state
