Default [Fixed] BT Voyager 105 ADSL Modem problem

I have run into a small problem with my modem. Im using AOL BB and using this modem to connect to the Internet. The connection is fine, but iin the notification area i get two little monitors with a yellow triange and an exlimation mark inside. I hover over it and it says its unable to loacte and IP address, I have tried the follwing steps:

Uninstalling /reinstalling modem drivers
Repairing AOL Connectivity Services
Running a diagnostics test
Repairing the connection

but none of the above have worked.

If the connection is fine then just remove the icon.

Right click on your network connection and select properties > At the bottom of that box just un-check "Show icon in notification area when network is connected"
> apply and ok.

There isn't really a problem - it's just that because you are probably using BT's/AOL's own connection software, Windows can't get/see all the info it wants to therefore it says error...error.....

Glad that's sorted anyway.
