Hi All,

I am a total newbie with fixing PC's but I have an issue.

When I boot my machine it dispays this message:

Explorer.exe - Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) Press OK to terminate the application.

I can't find my Windows XP CD (but I have found the product key) I am not sure if it was just installed on my machine when i bought it?

Anyone know how to fix this?
