Pending: Having Problems Accessing Some sites

Hello!
I am having problems accessing different websites.
I first noticed it when I tried to log into this site:

My window goes white and nothing happens. I erased cookies and history to no avail. The problem now seems to be progressing to other sites.
I can not hibernate or put my computer on standby, either. I have to shut it down.

Could this be a virus?
I am using Windows XP
and McAfee Security.

Could you post some more links to sites you are unable to access?

Post screen shots of the webpages so we can get more of a picture on the issue.

I suggest it''s viraurl.com (I get a white screen at the.biz screen also)

These guys seem to think it's some sort of blacklisted site and if you've got, certainly, Spybot then it's been blocked.
