Hello i recently purched a new computer and by new i mean custom made i bought the case mother processor ram and the other stuff. I did check every single part to make sure they could support each other but when i got them in and put it together (i did put it together right lol) and turned it on to start loading everything for the first time it started up but then out of nowhere as it was loading it reset its self and keep reseting itself tell i fliped the switch in the back. when i turned it on again it would just rest its self every 10 or so seconds. i have ran into this problem being a computer nerd but it was only with the hard drive being crupt in someway and fixed it with on problem but thats not the case cause one the hard has windows vista on it and will load on my other computer. i have no idea what it is doing so any ideas would be very help ful thank you so much
also if you need any specs ill get them i just didnt have time to get them writen down yet

Hello and welcome.
Could you post the exact make and model of hardware of this new build. Disconnect anything not required to start the computer. Disconnect hard drive,CD/DVD rom drives, remove all RAM and use only one stick, etc. Test each RAM stick individualy, test each CD/DVD rom drive and so on.This can help rule in or out a peice of hardware. You say Vista is on the hard drive but did not say you had actualy installed Vista on the new build. If you have not installed Vista you cannot logon. Double check all internal connections.
