Ok what make and model power supply are you using and what is the make and model of the mainboard?

Diffrent or newer/older power supplies are marked diffrently.

mboard a7nbx-la orginal board in a hp pavilion a220n desktop , any help would be great

Just trying to find a decent picture of this board.

Usaly the extra 4 pin power supply is located near the back preferals such as onboard graphics,sound,to the left of the board.


See the CPU socket?
Below that is a black square?
Look to left and slightly above the black square?

Do you see the white socket?

Is that what you are looking for?
