Question boot setting problem

I can not get into my setting on boot to hard drive. at first my pc was running fine after downloading usb backtrack 3.I went restart pc disable boot hard drive and cd rom. bt 3 didn't work try going into my setting to boot form hard driver didn't let me. I already remove all my usb device. my first screen when it turn on has big e for emachine logo at bottom
setting f2
boot menu F10
I already try hitting it fast when turn it on tried both keys . i know keybrd works find.tried two keyboard one was somewhat new
my pc is eMachines desktop T series 3604
please help thanks

oh the screen end up on
a bottable device had not been dected

I just try removing motherboard battery for 3 scond and then 5 mins didn't work.not using a usb keyboard and i know my keyboard works pause/break works on emachine logo. someone said hit esc when see logo so u can see what going on form back didn't work.
someone know abou comeputer or emachine

still the same I hope u guys can help me.

I hope people won't skp this post because has 3 post already.lol

oh if you don't know maybe someone do please ask friends or someone knows about emachines

Hi so if you tap F2 at boot it won't access the bios?

yep tapping f2. and f10
going to try CMOS clear Jumper. something about pins
doing reseach how to CMOS clear Jumper.

I want to reset my bios setting (mainly boot setting) to defualt. the only thing i know or do in bios setting is the boot setting nothing elas that i mest with. so I won't mind if CMOS clear Jumper clear the bios.

if anyone have any more ideas for me to try. i would like to here them.

still trying to fix my pc. please help thanks
