Default Abit N18 SLI GR

Hi there, i have just got a new ABIT N18 SLI GR motherboard, when i set all the things up. like placing RAM, the HDD PSU, the computer starts the POST but then starts a wee waaa weee waa like beep and then after about 40 seconds the pc shuts down, the more i try to sort the problem the shorted the pc stays on after a whilei start up the pc and a second or two later is shuts down... anyone have any ideas ??

Could you explain the beep error code a little more please, e.g. 2 short beeps, 1 short 1 long beep.
