Default Bad Motherboard or ??

computer was working fine for years...upgraded motherboard asrock....amd 2200 processor ..1024 ram memory and new hd about 3 years ago..worked great until recently, when I turn it on it powers up then goes to idle, green and red light on front stay on monitor stays black,no noises,etc...just idles......processor and power supply fan working ..usb devices light up...but no monitor or anything else...I thought it might be the power supply so I upgraded it and it is still doing the same thing.. took out each individual memory stick to see if it was bad memory..but it isn't working l...not sure what else to check.. any info would help

Hi --welcome to PCHF

I would suspect a bad Video-card-- see if it's cooling fan runs.
Could also be the monitor.
