is this a 64 bit processor
processor is an amd athlon x2 duaL CORE 5000 AM2

i have 4 gb of ram but its only saying 3.25gb cos i am running win xp 32

just wanted to know if i upgraded to 64 bit windows would it be ok on this processor cos i read that you need a 64 bit for win 64 bit versions to work and recognise my ram
