Yes it is FSB, sorry I just skimmed over it and didn't read it properly - trying to do 10 things at once. I would try what Cobracon suggested.

If your motherboard doesn't support that ram then no you can't use it. If you want to try it you could damage your motherboard (so you'd still have to buy another one) and possibly your new ram as well. I guess it's up to you if you want to take that risk.
