my power suppl can't be fried I mean like it was workin just the other day

Well, from what you have described and if all of your connections, RAM, PSU, expansion cards and CPU are all secure then it's a distinct possibility. Try reducing your PC to the absolute minimum to boot;

1 stick of RAM
Video card
Hard drive

See if it boots in that configuration.

k new problem pc starts but screen still stays in powersave and stayes off help
