Default Does this fit?

Im not very good at motherboards so i was wondering if this fits mine Newegg.com - AMD Phenom 9550 Agena 2.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 95W 65nm Quad-Core Processor - CPUs / Processors

and also i would like to know if i should get this or not.
also could you tell me what kind of ram i would use to put in my MB because im not very good with that as well. Thanx guys.
