Welcome to PCHF

You are booting from a BIOS update floppy or CD ?
My logitech does the same thing-- the only solution I know of is to swap keyboards temporarily... luckily I'm a pack-rat-- my old Dell keyboard does work.

XPis not a factor at this level--it runs outside the OS
