CMOS CheckSum error ~ Default loaded

I get that error before windows loads. I found a picture that look alike the same error that im getting, just that i get more as you can see.
This happen
everytime i turn off my pc and then turn it on back(or either restart)

I REPEAT THAT PICTURE WAS NOT TAKEN BY ME.

Never updated the BIOS. Never moved the CMOS jumper. And the System start, i just have to press F1(Continue) in order to XP to start.
Some guy told me if the SYSTEM TIME / DATE SET CORRECTLY after every boot then the CMOS is ok and not having problems.
My WHOLE pc is new, i bought it(1 month ago) in parts and then assembled it, the problems started since i tried to overclock my PC(2 weeks ago), but now even with my BIOS set as default the error keep happening.
Just in case you guys need, this are my PC specs:
1 Hard Drive(Sata), 120GB.(ONLY 1 HD).
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 4400+ 2.3GHz Dual Core.
Memory: At the moment, 1 stick with 1GB DDR2 800mhz.
MotherBoard: GeForce6100PM-M2
