Default USB port activations

Hi, i am using a Dell-Based workstation in an office. I am currently barred from using all the USB ports by the administrator. Would there be any way to override the administrator in password lock to utilise the usb ports for that particular period, without them snooping around knowing that you left some bits and crumps of information for them to trace. By the way, the workstation does not have any cd-rom/dvd-rom drives in the drive bays. But we do have USB to PS/2 adapters, would it be a possible roundabout to upload information from my thumbdrive using the PS/2 ports. If there's a way to work around the administrator password lock in bios, or are there any methods left in the computer world that would work as well. Kindly advise on the next course of action, your help is greatly appreciated.
