Smile [Answered] Power LED Always On

The power button on my case is always lit up, even if the machine is off. The only time it turns off is if I switch the power supply off. Could this be a problem with my pin setup?

Hello, and thanks for the welcome.

I guess my worry is that it's bad for the system (somehow), to always have that LED on even if the machine isn't running. If my pin configuration on the motherboard was incorrect and that was causing the problem, do you think it would cause any problems for the motherboard?

If it is a design feature then it is not halming your PC.

It is only powered by a tiny amount of power not enough to cause any trouble.

It shows your PC is acctualy getting power.
