Got a ?Shutdown pc today.Will not boot now.Cpu fan works,power supply,
power lite on case.Hdd spins but will not post and no beeps.Tried several
power supply's no difference.Wanted your
opinion on this matter.This pc is 3 years old.Thanks

How did the shut down occur?Was it due to a power failure at home or in your area?

Please check fuse in monitor plug.

Is your monitor light on?

Thanks Jelly for getting back so soon.I powered down through shutdown in windows
xp as normal.The monitor turns on when you try to boot but tells you there is no
cable attached.This is normal from what I have seen from most monitors that do not
get video from a board. I did try the monitor attached to my other pc that works
fine however same problem with the problem board.

Your welcome,Did you use same cables to attach monitor to other PC?

Have you tried diffrent cables to connect monitor to the PC thats having problems?
