Hi there and welcome to PC Help Forum.

It may be advice coming a little late in your case but it is always advisible to carry out a complete format and re-installation of the operating system when you change something as pivotal as the motherboard.

Did you see MS take on this issue yet? Advanced troubleshooting for "Stop 0x0000007B" errors in Windows XP

Hey thanks for getting back to me so quick.
I did look into MS take on it and i read that exact page you have there already.
Problem is this is a customers comp and i don't have the original Windows disk to reformat and reinstall.
So am i SOL?

Hehe...SOL.

To do the job properly you will need a Windows disc - I guess you could chase around, patching things up here and there but as the mobo has changed, it's not going to perform all that well from the get go.
