Default 24 Pin Motherboard 20 Pin Psu

My 24 pin motherboard is connected to my 20 pin psu. My mobo powers up perfecty, should I upgrade my psu so its 24 pin to match my motherboard or is it fine the way it is so I dont have to spend any extra cash.

Supposedly the extra 4 pins are for the PCI Express slots.Aslong as you dont use and PCI Express devices you should be fine.
