Default Bought a new motherboard.
I bought Newegg.com - Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKRS 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail . I installed in my atx case, but I noticed that there is no monitor plug on the motherboard. Do I have to buy a pci-express graphics card in order to attach a monitor?

yes. not all motherboards have an Integrated Graphics Card. you will indeed need to buy one.
