Question help please -resource conflicts
Hiya
has anyone got any advice please
I use a gateway laptop on xp & havent changed any hardware on it .On starting it up an error message Resource confloct -PCI on motherboard Bus 06 device 09 function 06. PCI on motherboard Bus 06 device 09 Function 07 . is displayed.I have run my restore discs hoping that this would put it right but it hasnt - Is there a way to resolve this myself of is it too complicated .

I dont think so - I havent changed or added anything - there is a wireless card in there but this came with laptop.

Download this: SIW Download and then use the menu to look at your PCI bus;


Post back either a screengrab or a list of the devices on those IRQ's
