Default [Fixed] Wrong frequency and/or voltage (by default)

Ever since I put my pc together I've gotten this message at startup:

"WARNING! Now System in Safe Mode
please reset cpu or memory frequency in the cmos setup
Press F1 to continue or DEL to enter Setup"

If I press F1, the pc starts and seems fine, but some settings are obviously wrong.

My specs:
XFX nForce 680i LT SLI, Socket-775
XFX GeForce 8800GTS 500M 320MB GDDR3
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.67GHz 1333Mhz
Crucial DDR2 BallistiX PC6400 2048MB CL4
Corsair Powersupply 520W

Info found in BIOS (I've not changed any settings. They're all default settings):

ok. when you are in the BIOS, change the FSB Bus speed to 1333Mhz, and the memory clock to 800Mhz. That should do it. let me know if it helps
