Good evening and happy halloween!

I have a pentium 4, toshiba satelite 2435 S255, and where you connect the ac adapter plugs into the laptop broke off and I have the piece so I can resodder it back on to the mother. I having a problem trying to get to the motherboard. I cannot afford to have someone look at it. Any suggestions. I got most of the screws removed but I cannot get to the motherboard.
