Default Motherboard/CPU bundle shopping.

I don't know a whole lot about MoBo specs or processors. I know it's time to upgrade mine though for my music/recording PC with a dual core processor.

I am working on a pretty tight budget which keeps me in the range from 100$ - 150$ tops to spend on this, and found a few in my price range here:

Motherboard Bundles, CPU Motherboard Bundle, Processor Motherboard Combo at TigerDirect.com

Just wondering if someone could take a look at these in that price range and give some reccomendations, I REALLY don't want to have to buy new RAM, so if it's compatible to what I have ( DDR DIMM PC 2700/333 Mhz )

I am just wondering what we be my best option on this selection, or if there are any other good websites to check out besides tigerdirect.com with competitive prices. Thanks.

ah, also forgot to mention I would like to be able to use my same tower, not sure how universal MoBo sizes are to fit, I currently have a Intel D865GBF MoBo installed in my tower.

Ok, I decided to just go with the MachSpeed MSNV-939 Motherboard CPU Bundle - AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Processor 2.0GHz OEM

link: MachSpeed MSNV-939 Motherboard CPU Bundle - AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Processor 2.0GHz OEM at TigerDirect.com

... as far as I can tell it's compatible with the RAM I have on the current installed Motherboard, and all I will need to get for it is a CPU fan and a Video/Graphics card as it doesn't seem to have one built in, which is ok as I wanted to get a dual monitor card anyway.
