Hi Adooget,

Sorry I'm a little confused, you said you updated your BIOS in post #4, or did you mean you reset it?

You'll need to update to the latest BIOS update which is 1401. This will contain all of the updates for you motherboard from here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-

Please be careful when updating the BIOS, as a wrong BIOS or failed BIOS attempt will leave your motherboard completely usless. Make sure you read the full instructions of the BIOS update utility before you proceed. If you encounter problems, don't reboot until your absolutely sure the problem is resolved, and come back here for further advice if you need to.

ok,so i tookalook on the asus websie and it ooks like my board and newproc wnt ork togethe nd i need tget a new board. thanks for all the help guys.
