Default Help me find what's wrong with my mobo pls!

I recently upgraded the GPU in one of my PC's with an X1950XT, and since it required a new Power Supply Unit, I upgraded that too.

Ever since, I can't get the pc to start. When I press the power button it just gives one long beep, then the PSU will shut off. It shows nothing on screen either. I've tried numerous things to even get that pc to work again, like removing that PSU, that GPU and swapping the cpu and ram with other ones. nothing will work.

That system's spec and other parts ive tested on it that also wont make it work

Pentium D 3.2Ghz / Celeron D 3.2ghz
512mb corsair XMS PC3200 / 1Gb hynnix
Intel DG10???? im not shure about the Motherboard.
bestech 300w / Aspire chameleon 550w
radeon X1550 / radeon X1950xt / onboard xpress200 (x300)

Think something fried? that would suck This pc was meant to be used as a BF2142 and cs:s server ..

Btw, I'm no noob to pc stuff, I figure the issue is either related to ram, or something fried, but nothing I do seems to help.

Atleast my regular gaming pc is alive & kickin'

Welcome to PCHF

Does that motherboard have a power LED on it and if it does, is it lit? As you are experienced with PCs, you'll know that this will be a case of;

a) Stripping the PC to its lowest number of components and then attempting a power on/boot
b) Taking the individual components to another PC and testing them.

You say you have one long beep...is there a short one after? This would definitely indicate motherboard failure.
