Default [Resolved] Help finding bios update

I Purchased a maxtor 300 gb ata/133 hard drive. and when I install it in all 3 of my computers.( want it to be my boot H.D) it only shows 136 gb.I contacted dell they told me my 2400 only suports 120 gb. Will install in my 2nd machine . if someone would be so kind as to tell me whick one to D.L

Motherboard ID 09/27/2001-8363A-686B-6A6LMD4FC-00
H.D manual says a bios update could fix this... this is my last resoures. as I dont have a clue which update to take. when I go to this page there are quit a few, don't know which one to get.

Default Bios Agent

Go to this link - BIOS Agent
Download the BIOS Agent.
Run the Agent.
Follow the instructions.
Click on "Get BIOS Info" button.
Click on "Submit BIOS Update Request"

You will receive information via email.
Be sure check any filters your email program has to trap SPAM email and the like.
You don't want to miss the reply because it was mistakingly trapped by a filter.

This should identify your latest and greatest BIOS for your motherboard.
