im planning to buy either intel core 2 duo or athlon x2 dual core, what mobo do you think i should use, please explain. any comments will be helpful. thanks guys!

Hi bluejeans

I recommend an Intel Core2Duo motherboard, they might be a bit more expensive but they are worth it. A core2duo is quite far in front of an athlon x2. (yes intel got AMD this time). I have an Intel Core2Duo motherboard from Asus (look in My PC) and the E6300, the speeds are very good.
