hey guys, i had a pc laying around the house and i thought i would try to put windows xp on it. I has everything it requires in it and it has good specs. amd 2.0 athlon, 512ram, 80gb hd, etc. but when i turn it on, it loads all the bios, detects everything, and then it says 'Warning!! Your system fans speed has low". thats it, it only says "has low". im not sure what it has low of. And another problem is that i have a winxp sp2 disk, and i try to boot it up, but when my computer trys to boot from the cd, nothign happens. it just shows a blank screen. I have an asus board with Phoenix bios.

I'd say this is a tiny bit of mistyped "engrish" as it is called occasionally. "Warning!! Your system has low fan speeds" is what I would take it to mean.
Can you confirm that the CPU and chipset fans are spinning?
