This is Phoenix BIOS, you have to press F2 to enter right?

If so, you don't normally need to do much as long as it doesn't show as anything other than your HDD or "none". The first page you come to you will see something like:



Does it show "None" for all four channels?

Well ya i should be abale to press F2 while boting up but when i do nothing happens i just get this scren

if you hit ESC nothing happens then if you hit Enter this scren will pop up.

are you sure you don't have to press the Del key a few time before these 2 screens? Try press del key a few time a post boot to see if it let's you in the Bios

ya when i press the delete key i get the first scren that i showed then when i press enter it goes to the BIOS setup utility.

Either your hard drive is knackered or the ide cable is loose, check the ribbon cable.
