Hello. I purchased a MSI K7T266 Pro2 version 2.0 Socket A Motherboard DDR KT266. I had an AMD 1900 Palomino in another computer, so I know it is fine. I finally put everything together but I cannot access anything in the BIOS Hardware Monitor setup to change the CPU FSB from 100 to 133. I cannot seem to find where you change the FSB on the board. It says in the Manual: To set the clock frequency of the CPU installed on the motherboard, refer to Harware monitor setup of BIOS on page 3-26. The default hardware configuration for CPU clock frequency is 100MHz. Therefore, to set a 133MHz CPU, you need to adjust the CPU clock up to 133MHZ by changing the CPU clock in the BIOS setup utility. But the whole right side has nothing on it, i.e., arrows, up/down, etc.. And once I am in it, I have to reboot to get out of it; escape will not get me out of there. I am clearly missing something here. So now I am only running at 1200mhz with the 100mhz FSB. The specs on this board supports the AMD palomino 1900.

Hardware monitor setup in the BIOS. According to the manual:To set the clock frequency of the CPU installed on the motherboard, refer to Harware monitor setup of BIOS on page 3-26. The default hardware configuration for CPU clock frequency is 100MHz. Therefore, to set a 133MHz CPU, you need to adjust the CPU clock up to 133MHZ by changing the CPU clock in the BIOS setup utility.
But I am not able to do anything. I end up getting froze in there and have to restart to get out.
You could try loading BIOS defaults ray, but you may have a hardware problem onboard (faulty sensor for example). How long did you wait before rebooting?
I wish I knew why but this morning it changed from 100 fsb to 133 fsb over a period of 3 days and the board recognizes the Palomino as 1900+ and 1600mhz (as opposed to 1200mhz before). It must be coincendental because I added another 256mb 2100 DDR memory stick this morning and I just happened to notice the change in My Computer properties. I still can't do anything in the Hardware setup monitor in the BIOS.
